Navigation menu Minimap in Assistent like in Vertex AI

A user requested a sidebar navigation minimap for Assistant threads, similar to Vertex AI's implementation, to allow jumping between messages in long Q&A sessions. The feature would improve navigation in multi-turn conversations.

Add a sidebar navigation minimap menu to Assistant threads so you can navigate / jump to each message from assistant and user. Vertex AI / Google has a pretty decent implementation with previews see screenshots . Currently, it is very difficult to jump / find stages in a thread when there are multiple Q and As. Should be pretty straightforward feature to add with decent UX/UI benefits. Thanks see above
