A developer has launched My Skills, a no-code tool for creating, installing, and managing AI instructions across multiple development environments including VSCode, Cursor, and Trae. The extension features a wizard for building custom skills, a marketplace for community-shared instructions, and local workspace management with enable, disable, and reuse capabilities.
