Which Miro Plans contribute AI interaction data to improve Miro AI? Only interaction data from users in the Free Plan are used to improve Miro AI. Admins on a free Plan can disable data collection any time. Free users like Guests and Visitors on paid and Education plans are excluded from data collection for improving Miro AI. Purpose of AI data collection Your data helps us tailor our AI features to better suit your needs. By understanding general patterns and common use cases based on Miro AI interactions, we can improve the quality of AI-generated results and capabilities, making them more accurate and useful. What data will we collect? We only collect the following data necessary to improve our AI features: AI input data Prompts that you enter, and any content like frames, images, and stickies, that you explicitly select as context AI output data Any AI-generated output like images, text, and sticky notes ✏️ No board content beyond what's directly involved in AI processes is collected. What happens when you disable AI data collection?

To ensure that your preferences are fully respected, with regard to both future and past data, any data that was previously collected is no longer used for AI development or improvements. How to disable AI data collection The Company admin can disable AI data collection. Follow these steps: From the Miro dashboard, select your avatar. Then select Admin Console . Under Security , select Miro AI . Toggle Use data for Miro AI improvements to the off position. You have successfully disabled AI data collection. Measures we apply to safeguard your data Miro applies anonymization techniques to de-identify your AI interactions before analyzing data sets for feature improvements. The data sets are kept separate from Miro production systems.
