Mila partners with PolArctic to measure sea ice in the High Arctic

Mila, a Quebec-based AI research institute, has partnered with PolArctic, a consortium of Inuit communities and researchers, to measure sea ice in the High Arctic using artificial intelligence and traditional knowledge. The collaboration aims to improve climate monitoring and support Indigenous-led environmental stewardship.
