Microsoft's cloud brings rain of revenue but modest M365 AI revenue harvest

Microsoft reported strong overall cloud revenue growth in its latest earnings, but the contribution from AI features in Microsoft 365 remained modest, signaling that enterprise adoption of generative AI tools is still in early stages. The company's Azure cloud business drove most of the gains, while M365 Copilot AI add-ons have yet to generate significant revenue.
