Microsoft now says the character is moving to Learn Live because tutoring gives Mico more material to react to and teach through. The company has not announced a return date for Mico in Copilot Voice and says only that the character will continue in the Learn experience. The distinction matters: Microsoft is narrowing where the character appears, not ending Copilot's voice interface. Describing the change as the retirement of Copilot Voice would therefore overstate the announcement.
