- The app offers personalized performance recommendations, trend-based brainstorming, daily priorities and AI-drafted comment replies that creators can edit before posting. [1] - The launch is limited to iOS creators in the U.S. and Canada. Meta’s earlier creator-assistant rollout covered the U.S., Canada and India, but the standalone app’s launch markets are narrower. [1][2]
Meta has launched a standalone Facebook Creator Studio app that uses AI to turn a creator’s performance data, audience engagement and stated goals into recommendations. The app is available on iPhone to all creators in the United States and Canada. [1]
What the app does #
The app’s AI assistant can answer questions such as when to post, why a Reel performed well and what audiences are saying in comments. It can also suggest content ideas based on trends, cultural moments and popular formats. A separate comment tool surfaces important comments and drafts replies in a creator’s tone; creators must review and approve those replies before publishing. [1][2]
A daily-priorities feed highlights tasks such as reviewing the latest post’s performance, tracking progress toward goals and responding to comments. Meta has not disclosed a separate follower minimum or monetization requirement for using the app. [1]
Data terms and competition #
Apple’s App Store privacy label says Meta may collect and link location, contact information, photos and videos, audio, identifiers, usage data and diagnostics to the user. The label lists those categories for functions including advertising or marketing, analytics, personalization and app functionality; Apple says the disclosures come from the developer and have not been verified by Apple. [3] Meta’s broader privacy policy says it may process information from other Meta companies and share information globally with partners and service providers.
[4]The product enters a market where TikTok Studio already provides analytics, comment management and AI-powered comment insights, while YouTube Studio offers analytics, comment tools and its conversational Ask Studio assistant. [5][6]
