I setup a sandbox docker for Hermes to use, put the video file in there along with ffmpeg, I told Hermes to split up the file and it did it. It did take a bit of review and babysitting by me, and Hermes took around 3 hours to figure it out on a local LLM, but it did it. My total time spent was about 5 minutes.
