# Linux is Sabotaged by Botspam and Bloat (de Facto Denial of Service Attack in "Intelligence" Clothing After Rust in "Security" Clothing)

I could not help but notice the wordings of Torvalds, as [uttered **in writing** this past Sunday](http://news.tuxmachines.org/n/2026/09/07/Linux_7_3_rc2.shtml). This is not the first time he expresses (apprehensively, his boss is the [Linux Foundation](/wiki/Linux_Foundation), bribed by the slop industry) **concerns about Linux slipping out of developers' control** only to become a bloated pig that [few people understand](/o/2022/09/21/going-rusty-faster/).

Linux is becoming orphaned, devalued and diluted by GAFAM slop.
