LexisNexis opened its Customer Innovation Lab in New York City, where legal professionals, LexisNexis engineers, and AI companies including OpenAI and Amazon Web Services collaborate in real time to build legal AI. Chief Technology Officer Greg Dickason said prototypes that pass muster can move into Lexis+ with Protégé in weeks, and the lab has already produced a multimedia Protégé Vault for querying video depositions.
