The running count of copyright lawsuits against AI companies has reached 145, according to an updated litigation map published by an unidentified tracker. Three new cases were added: UMG Recordings, Inc. v. DistroKid, LLC in the District of Delaware; Times Publishing Co. v. Microsoft Corporation & OpenAI in the MDL litigation; and UMG Recordings v.
