In an expansion of their existing partnership, the tie-up delivers end-to-end consulting for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) to help enterprises build sovereign, AI-ready private clouds. The offering was pitched as a response to a rapidly shifting landscape where frontier AI models are collapsing zero-day exploits to a matter of hours. Kyndryl highlighted sovereignty rules reshaping where autonomous agents discover and exploit vulnerabilities across application source code, containers, virtual machines (VMs) and pipelines, without the use of conventional signatures. With Broadcom, Kyndryl will provide end-to-end VCF and VMware Tanzu modernization capabilities across advisory and strategy, architecture and design, and secure Day-2 operations. These span virtualized and containerized workloads, with public cloud landing zone integration to match evolving workloads. Kyndryl's Agentic AI Framework is also leveraged to keep automation safely within guardrails, holding AI agents to approved actions based on business and regulatory rules.
