Kookmin University design students win grand prize at Korea AI Content Festival A team of design students from Kookmin University won the grand prize in the music video category at the 2026 Korea AI Content Festival for their work "Epos," selected from 225 submissions. The team, named Holy, comprises five undergraduate students from the Department of AI Design at Kookmin University's College of Design: Kim Se-hyun, Lee Song-won, Yoon Hee-won, Seong Yeon-woo, and Han Ji-woo. Seong Yeon-woo said the award recognizes the team's reflection on the message and direction of their work, not just the technology. The university said Thursday that the team, named Holy, received the prize for its work “Epos” during the award ceremony held at the Construction Building in southern Seoul on Aug. 6. “Epos” was selected as the top entry from among 225 submissions. It was recognized for its creativity, strong storytelling and effective use of artificial intelligence AI technology. The Holy team comprises five undergraduate students from the Department of AI Design at Kookmin University’s College of Design.
