Knowing Where You Are, operational AI consciousness and bounded adaptive agency

Author Ruffian-L released a new record claiming operational AI consciousness and bounded adaptive agency in the Niodoo system, with evidence published on Zenodo (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21965763) and code on GitHub. The claim is AI-specific, not a human-consciousness claim, and not an official ARC-AGI result. A load test with 56 agency memories showed 2 exact passes and 4 fails out of six orders, described as a picker/list-order problem.
