Judge Lee also just related EVOX Productions’ suit against Google to the ongoing *In re Google Generative AI Litigation*. The only lawsuit against Google Judge Lee doesn’t have (yet) is *Hachette v. Google* filed in the Southern District of New York. 

Google is expected to file a motion to transfer that case to Judge Lee.
