Trinity Audioplayer ready...Canadian podcaster Dr. Jordan Peterson is broadcasting old lectures on Sundays while battling health issues.

The 64-year-old author and provocateur announced on social media that he’ll release weekly recorded orations every week until further notice.

“This allows me to do something interesting and useful while I’m otherwise incapacitated,” he explained. “My health is such at the moment that I can’t really return to podcasting or public lecturing.”

Peterson’s daughter Mikhaila Fuller said in April that her father was suffering from akathisia due to a depressant that caused him neurological damage. The National Institutes of Health describe akathisia as “a neuropsychiatric syndrome that can occur as an adverse effect of antipsychotic medications and manifests as psychomotor restlessness.”

Peterson said on X this week that the lectures he’ll release every Sunday were recorded with the intention of someday reaching a wider audience online. That’s the plan while he’s on the mend. He hopes his fans will find the videos useful.

“I’m as happy as I can be under the current circumstances, given my ill health, to be participating in this process and to have these lectures prepared for release,” he explained.

Despite being labeled a “classical liberal” by some supporters, Peterson — a staunch advocate of red meat diets — is often associated with the MAGA movement due to his appearances on shows hosted by right-wing influencers like Tucker Carlson and Joe Rogan.

He was literally brought to tears in 2023 after filmmaker Olivia Wilde described him as a “pseudo intellectual hero to the incel community” who inspired a key character in her 2022 film “Don’t Worry Darling.”

He accepted that designation during a subsequent interview with Piers Morgan.

“Sure, why not?” Peterson said when asked about Wilde’s characterization.
