JaJa: Job Agency Harness A developer released jaja, an open-source job-search agency plugin for Claude Code that coordinates 30 role agents across seven teams to find job postings and contacts, gate and score fit, tailor resumes from a candidate's own evidence, and draft outreach messages. The plugin ships 52 skills, 9 hooks and an MCP records server that never sends, with every outbound action stopping at an approval the user signs; personal profile, contacts, jobs and writing style stay in a separate data folder outside the repository. The tool requires macOS or Linux, Python 3.11+ and Claude Code, and installs with a `--demo` flag that loads synthetic data and runs `scripts/doctor.py`, which reports 0 failures on a clean machine. A job-search agency for Claude Code: a team of agents that finds roles and people, gates and ranks them, tailors pages from your own evidence and drafts every message, and never sends anything without your yes. jaja is how Spanish writes laughter: because a job search deserves a smile now and then. Scripts count, gate and check; models judge and draft; you decide and sign. Your profile, contacts, jobs and writing style live in your own data folder and never touch this repository.
