Issue with spend limits

Anthropic resolved an issue on October 7 at 21:23 UTC that had incorrectly paused some organizations for reaching their spend limit, causing refused requests across the Claude API, Claude.ai, Claude Code, Claude Security, and Claude Cowork. The company identified the cause and confirmed the incident is now resolved.
