Integrity-OS: Promise --> Proof

A developer built Integrity-OS, an AI-native accountability system that traces a commitment through a structured chain of Promise, Action, Claim, Evidence, Verification, Community Feedback, and Conflict. The tool aims to show what was promised versus what the evidence actually supports, letting users inspect commitments and interact with an AI accountability agent rather than receive a generic AI-generated answer. The project was developed through an AI-first workflow and is available as a live application.

I started with the idea rather than a complete technical specification: Build an accountability system that can trace a commitment from the original promise through implementation, evidence, verification, and community feedback. The AI initially produced something closer to a conventional dashboard. I pushed the design further toward the core idea: accountability should be an evidence trail, not just a dashboard.
