Orders and data sync smoothly, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.\n\nWhenever we’ve faced any issues, the Zoho support team has been very responsive and helpful.\n\nOverall, a reliable and effective integration solution.\n\nDatabase connection errors (max_user_connections exceeded) took down our\n\nlive store for hours. Developer responded saying it was \"fully fixed\" and\n\na \"temporary server issue.\"\n\nChecked after their response - SAME ERROR STILL VISIBLE.\n\nEither the fix wasn't actually applied, or this is a recurring problem\n\nthey're not being honest about.
