Independent Researcher seeking arXiv endorsement for cs.SE (Software Engineering) - Local-First AI Platform

Independent researcher Sujan Lamichhane from Nepal seeks an arXiv endorsement to publish a paper on his local-first AI platform, Jarvis, which orchestrates local LLMs using Java 21, Spring Boot 4, and Spring AI 2.0. Hi everyone My name is Sujan Lamichhane, and I am an independent open-source developer and researcher from Nepal. For the past few months, I’ve been building Jarvis AI Platform — a fully self-hosted, local-first AI assistant architecture. It orchestrates local LLMs via Ollama / llama3.1:8b using Java 21, Spring Boot 4, and Spring AI 2.0 , combined with a reactive WebFlux streaming pipeline and pgvector for semantic memory. The paper is titled: “Jarvis: A Modular, Local-First AI Assistant Platform Built on Spring Boot 4 and Spring AI 2.0” The Challenge: I am trying to publish this paper on arXiv as a preprint. However, because I am an independent researcher without a university email address, arXiv requires me to get an endorsement from an existing arXiv author before I can submit. I am looking for an endorsement in cs.SE Software Engineering or cs.AI Artificial Intelligence .
