My name is Sujan Lamichhane, and I am an independent open-source developer and researcher from Nepal. For the past few months, I’ve been building **Jarvis AI Platform** — a fully self-hosted, local-first AI assistant architecture. It orchestrates local LLMs (via Ollama / llama3.1:8b) using **Java 21, Spring Boot 4, and Spring AI 2.0**, combined with a reactive WebFlux streaming pipeline and ** pgvector** for semantic memory. However, because I am an independent researcher without a university email address, arXiv requires me to get an endorsement from an existing arXiv author before I can submit.
