My name is Sujan Lamichhane, and I am an independent open-source developer and researcher from Nepal.
For the past few months, I’ve been building **Jarvis AI Platform** — a fully self-hosted, local-first AI assistant architecture. It orchestrates local LLMs (via Ollama / llama3.1:8b) using **Java 21, Spring Boot 4, and Spring AI 2.0**, combined with a reactive WebFlux streaming pipeline and ** pgvector** for semantic memory.

I have written a research/systems paper detailing the architecture, latency benchmarks for CPU inference, and the provider failover system. The paper is titled: “Jarvis: A Modular, Local-First AI Assistant Platform Built on Spring Boot 4 and Spring AI 2.0”
The Challenge: I am trying to publish this paper on arXiv as a preprint. However, because I am an independent researcher without a university email address, arXiv requires me to get an endorsement from an existing arXiv author before I can submit.
I am looking for an endorsement in cs.SE (Software Engineering) or cs.AI (Artificial Intelligence).
