TCL will use IFA 2026 to show AI-connected TVs, appliances, NXTPAPER devices and RayNeo glasses in a home-themed installation.
Image: Elperiodico TCL has announced its IFA 2026 showcase, where it will present an AI-centered vision of the connected home from September 4–8 in Berlin. The company’s stand in Hall 21A at Messe Berlin will bring together televisions, mobile devices, smart glasses and appliances under the theme “AI Inspired Life.”
The showcase is less a product launch than a demonstration of how TCL wants its hardware ecosystem to fit together. Its Inspiration Habitat installation will recreate different domestic settings with small- and large-format displays, flagship SQD-Mini LED televisions, NXTPAPER mobile devices and RayNeo smart glasses.
TCL will also show new air conditioners and washing machines. The company’s announcement describes these devices as part of an effort to make household routines simpler and more efficient through applied AI, but it does not specify the models, software features, prices or US availability of the appliances.

That missing detail matters for American buyers. TCL has announced the categories and the exhibition concept, not a complete retail lineup. The material available ahead of the event does not establish whether any of the new products will ship in the United States, when they will be available or how they will connect with TCL’s existing software and hardware.
NXTHOME turns the booth into a connected interior #
A central part of the presentation will be the global debut of a new version of TCL NXTHOME, built around a concept called “Seasonal Resonance.” The installation will move through different rooms and use changing colors, environments and patterns across televisions, smart displays, appliances, interiors and furniture.
TCL says the concept is inspired by the progression of the seasons and its “Inspire Nature Aesthetics” design philosophy. The technical pitch focuses on coordinated industrial design: devices should appear to belong to the same environment rather than operate as isolated products.
That makes NXTHOME different from a conventional product wall. TCL is using the IFA presentation to show how screens and appliances can share a visual language across a home, while leaving the underlying software architecture, supported platforms and interoperability details unspecified.
The approach fits this year’s focus on AI and smart homes. TCL’s IFA 2026 program #
TCL’s schedule includes two sessions in addition to the exhibition. On September 3, the TCL IFA 2026 Innovation Discovery program will host a panel on flagship display technology, covering changing viewing habits, content creation and display innovation. On September 6, TCL will join an IFA session with WGSN on the evolution of the smart home.

The September 6 session will focus on how AI, emotional design and what TCL calls “sensory intelligence” could produce more intuitive, people-centered domestic spaces. The company has not provided implementation details for those concepts, so the event should clarify whether they refer to shipping product capabilities, design principles or future-facing demonstrations.
TCL will also add a sports component to the stand during the FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup 2026 in Berlin. Visitors will get a fan zone and interactive basketball experiences inside Inspiration Habitat. The announcement does not tie that activation to a particular television model, broadcast feature or retail promotion.
For US consumers, this is a preview of TCL’s product direction rather than a confirmed buying guide. The company is putting screens, appliances, mobile devices and wearables in one AI-themed environment at IFA 2026; model names, specifications, prices and US release plans remain unannounced.
