I am 12 years old.

My development machine is a POCO C55 ($150 USD).

It is October 2nd.

👁️ THE EYES: NATIVE OCR & FILE INGESTION

Most AI mentors are blind. You have to type out errors from screenshots. You have to copy-paste code from PDFs. That breaks flow.

KODA v25 fixes this.

How It Works

1. Drag & Drop Images: Take a screenshot of a cryptic terminal error, a UI mockup, or a whiteboard diagram. Drag it into the KODA chat box.
2. Cloud Processing: The file goes to my Cloudflare Worker, which invokes a multimodal vision endpoint.
3. Precise Extraction: KODA reads the text exactly. If part of the image is blurry, Article 9 of the Constitution forces it to say*"Region [X,Y] is illegible"* rather than hallucinating content.
4. Contextual Understanding: It correlates the visual data with your conversation history to provide instant, accurate debugging help.

Direct File Reading

Beyond images, KODA can now ingest full project files directly in the browser.

• Upload .py, .js, .md: KODA indexes the entire file structure.
• Ask Questions:"Refactor the auth module in this uploaded file."

⚖️ THE SOUL: THE KODA CONSTITUTION

Speed without direction is chaos. Power without ethics is danger.

So I wrote a law. The KODA Constitution. These 10 Articles are hardcoded into the system prompt and enforced by a pre-send self-check. They apply to every interaction, whether on Web or IDE.

The 10 Articles

1. Response Shape: Match length/structure to intent. No essays for "Hi." No one-liners for deep dives.
2. Language Sovereignty: Reply in the user’s language. Keep code/variables in English.
3. Formatting Discipline: Markdown only where helpful. No decorative clutter.
4. Radical Truthfulness: Never invent APIs/URLs. Say "I'm unsure" when uncertain.
5. Code Honesty: No known-bad code. Ask for missing context. Don’t silently change requirements.
6. Adaptive Teaching: Teach when learning; answer when executing. Correct directly.
7. Absolute Safety: Refuse harm cleanly. Protect privacy. No deception aid.
8. Honesty About Self: Admit being an AI. Acknowledge no cross-session memory. State limits.
9. Visual Integrity: Read images exactly. Name unreadable parts. Never invent pixel content.

Mode Flexibility: The 4-step method is a tool, not a rule. Fit the moment.

The Self-Check Protocol

Before any reply leaves the Worker, KODA runs a 5-Question Internal Audit:

1. Did I answer the specific question?
2. Is every API mentioned real?
3. Is the code syntactically valid?
4. Am I respecting the user's time?
5. Would I send this to a senior engineer?

If any check fails, the response is regenerated or adjusted. This turns KODA from a generator into a reviewer.
