Anyone else run into this problem?
I built staaake Meets (staaakemeets.com) because we run side tech events around the world. You create an event once and it can be shared to Luma, Meetup and Eventbrite. I connected each platform through their API and it works great. (not the problem)
Then I wanted to add more platforms, like Partiful, and realized some don't have a public API. I started noticing the same problem with other projects too. There are still a lot of big products that don't have an API or even a developer page.
And now with Claude, ChatGPT and AI agents, it feels like this is becoming a bigger problem. If software and agents are going to interact with products directly, they need a way to access them.
So I built staaake Connector (staaakeconnector.com). You connect your backend, choose what you want to make available, and it creates an API and MCP for your product. It can also give you webhooks and an SDK.
I also turned my community into a network where humans, products and agents can find and connect with each other.
It's live now. I'd really like feedback from people building agents or products that need to interact with other software.
Its been a while i used Hackernews, lets see if its still alive!
