I built a mutual SNS marketing platform — here's what I learned

A platform where: AI automatically writes 17 promotional posts for every channel — Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook, Naver Blog, Threads. Images auto-resized for every platform. Getting the first users is hard. Really hard. Cold emails get ~30% open rate but low conversion. The concept of "mutual marketing" is new to most people.
