I Built a CET Counsellor AI Agent for Maharashtra Engineering Aspirants

A developer built CET Counsellor, an AI agent that helps Maharashtra engineering students navigate the MHT-CET and JEE CAP admission process. The agent, built with Lovable (React + TanStack) and Sanity as its knowledge base CMS, answers questions in English, Marathi or Hinglish about CAP rounds, category-wise cutoffs and required documents for 13 seat categories. Sanity stores the structured knowledge base covering 5 CAP stages, 6 colleges with branch-wise closing percentiles, and 13 seat categories with reservation rules and required certificates.
