# Hugging chat not working on phone

Anyone else experiencing this issue? Hugging chat won’t let me press the get started button on my phone when I pull the site up so I can’t access the chat.

Unfortunately, I tried those suggestions and it’s still not letting me press on “start chatting”… hopefully this gets fixed soon.
