In accordance with Article 24(2) of the DSA, Mistral publishes information on the average number of 'monthly active recipients' in the European Union, calculated over the most recent calendar semester. For this six-month period, Mistral has determined that the average number of monthly active recipients in the EU remains below the 45 million threshold. Mistral will continue to monitor and assess the number of its average monthly active recipients in the EU at least once every six-months, and will publish updated information accordingly.
In accordance with Article 15 of the DSA, Mistral publishes an annual Transparency Report to provide an overview of its initiatives to maintain transparency, accountability, and user protection.
