This card boasts 12GB of GDDR7, 4th-gen ray tracing cores, 5th-gen tensor cores, and exclusive features like MFG, which leverages its vastly improved AI capabilities. It’s the type of card that excels at 1440p, can be used for 4K at the right settings, and is a good pick for video editors and creatives who don’t fancy shelling out on an RTX 5070 Ti. Intel Core Ultra 7 265F processor
This LGA 1851 socket CPU features 20 cores, 20 threads, a 5.3GHz boost clock speed, and 30MB L3 cache, making it a more well-rounded alternative to the popular Ryzen 7 9800X3D, for example, but not quite as punchy for gaming. This is the type of CPU that’s going to be great for those who run background apps when gaming, and are frequently using creative apps like Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, both of which work best with higher core count processors.
32GB of DDR5 RAM and 1TB SSD
The RAM in this build is going to help reduce micro-stuttering in games that are more asset-heavy, so you’ll be getting smoother performance when playing a AAA open-world title, for example. It’s also going to help wth handling of larger, more complex files in creative apps, where edits can bring your system to a crawl without enough RAM. 1TB of storage is fine with some careful management, and helps keep initial costs a little lower, too.

Should you buy this ASUS ROG G700 RTX 5070 gaming PC?
If you’re after something premium, that looks great, and is going to offer well-rounded performance for gaming, content creation, and productivity, then this is a very strong option to go for while it’s reduced. As you can see from the pricing history above, it has been cheaper, but not by much, and not for a while. Personally, I can’t see this PC dropping much further anytime soon, and if it does, my hunch is that it won’t hit its record-low again, at least until Black Friday. At the end of the day, this is a premium machine from one of the leaders in the space, so discounts are rarely massive. When a deal like this comes along, it’s always worth jumping on, in my opinion.
