A new connector announced today enables Harvey customers to access the AI legal research platform Midpage. The connector makes Midpage’s research library of U.S. case law, statutes, regulations, and agency materials accessible from directly within Harvey, so lawyers can find and cite authority on the same platform they use for drafting and analysis.
Midpage already had connectors with Anthropic’s Claude, which was unveiled as part of the launch of Claude for Legal, and with OpenAI’s ChatGPT, which you can see demonstrated in this video.
Harvey customers can run Midpage searches from Harvey Assistant threads, with cited sources delivered in the final output, the companies said.
They offered these examples of how you can use this:
- Research memos: Ask a legal question in Harvey, search Midpage, and pull the relevant opinions and key passages into the memo.
- Briefs and motions: Find supporting authority while drafting, with quoted passages drawn from the source opinion.
- Citation review: Check that the authorities cited in a draft exist and support the point they are cited for.
- Statutory and regulatory questions: Search statutes, regulations, and agency materials alongside case law when advising clients.
To take advantage of the connector, users must be customers of both Harvey and Midpage.

The Midpage connector is now available in Harvey’s Connector Library.
