US: AI-driven property management platform Guesty and short-term rental data analytics company AirDNA have announced a integration, connecting the platform to AirDNA’s pricing and revenue management platform AirDNA Adapt.
The partnership allows Guesty customers to bring their portfolio data into Adapt, combine it with AirDNA’s market and competitive intelligence, and sync pricing decisions back through Guesty.
The integration aims to provide property managers with a more seamless experience from market insight to pricing action.
Guesty listing details, reservation history, calendar availability and current rates flow into Adapt. AirDNA combines that portfolio context with its market and comp data to inform pricing strategies and nightly rate recommendations.
Property managers can sync nightly rates and minimum stays back via Guesty, retaining control at the listing level.
