Grok Bot just got a second significant upgrade this week: its own email address.
“Bot can use it to sign up for services, contact businesses for you, or schedule time with someone,” per the announcement on X.
“Rolling out to users today. To claim your inbox, just ask Bot or tag @bot on X,” the announcement explains.
Prompting Grok Bot with something like “claim your email address” will start the process through the chat interface. You can request a custom email, and Grok Bot will check if it’s available. The Grok Bot email will end with @mail.grokbot.com and be used by the agent system.
Earlier this week, Grok Bot got an intelligence upgrade with the help of Anthropic’s Claude. Grok Bot’s upgrades this week come as Meta pushes its mostly-free Muse agent, newly available for iPad, and OpenAI builds out ChatGPT Dot, an Astra-powered proactive agent.
Grok Bot is available for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Do more with your Apple products
