Grok 4.7 is now available in GitHub Copilot

XAI's Grok 4.7 reasoning model is now rolling out in GitHub Copilot, building on Grok 4.6 and targeting agentic coding and complex multistep workflows. The model is available to Copilot Pro, Pro+, Max, Business, and Enterprise SKUs and can be selected in the model picker across Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, Copilot CLI, GitHub Copilot cloud agent, GitHub Copilot app, JetBrains, Xcode, and Eclipse. GitHub said the rollout will be gradual, and Copilot Enterprise and Copilot Business administrators can manage access through the model policy in Copilot settings, where new models are automatically enabled unless an administrator has turned off the global default or explicitly disables the model.
