GPT-6.1 Terra now available on AI Gateway

OpenAI's GPT-6.1 Terra is now available on Vercel's AI Gateway under the model name openai/gpt-6.1-terra, with a fast-mode variant at openai/gpt-6.1-terra-fast for latency-sensitive work. OpenAI positions GPT-6.1 Terra as a fast model for visual reasoning, computer use, and writing that improves on the previous Terra model in visual reasoning, factual accuracy, and coding, and still recommends its larger GPT-6 models for the most complex coding tasks. The model accepts text and images and returns text with a context window of more than 1M tokens, and supports configurable reasoning effort, structured outputs, tool calling, and implicit and explicit prompt caching.
