Google has expanded its Merchant Center AI Performance Insights report with new metrics for AI Search intent, AI Search terms, and AI attributes, as spotted by SEO expert Brodie Clark. The report, which launched in July and began expanding to more regions earlier this month, now helps merchants see how their products match AI searches, recommends including popular terms in product descriptions, and suggests adding missing attributes to improve visibility in AI-driven search results.
