## What you are walking into

It is a mosh coding session: me and moshcode, my own agentic coding CLI, working through whatever is actually on the list tonight. Real repositories, real failing tests, real dead ends. Not a tutorial, and not a rehearsed demo where the agent mysteriously one-shots everything.

The interesting part of agentic coding is not the moment the model writes the function. It is everything around it — how you frame the task, what you let it run unsupervised, where you stop it, and how you tell a confident wrong answer from a correct one before you merge it. That is most of what you will see me doing.

Come in and talk. Ask why I did something the hard way. Tell me the approach is wrong — that one is usually the most useful thing anybody says all night.

## Why this hour

Because it is quiet, and because agentic work rewards uninterrupted stretches more than almost anything else I do. An agent running a long task and a human with nothing to context-switch into are a good pairing. The rest of the calendar is not built for that; 1:45am is.
