# Go 1.27 released

[Go 1.27](https://go.dev/doc/go1.27), the most recent version of
the [Go programming language](https://go.dev/), has been released
with a number of new tools, the addition of support for the [ML-DSA](https://go.dev/doc/go1.27#crypto_mldsa) post-quantum algorithm,
new JSON-processing packages, language updates, and more.
