Giving What We Can's first  YouTube Video is out now!

Giving What We Can released its first YouTube video, hosted by Justin Portela, focusing on a 1955 WHO meeting that contributed to malaria deaths in sub-Saharan Africa. The channel aims to introduce effective altruism principles to new audiences.

Hello I'm Justin Portela. I got hired by GWWC to make YouTube videos after AI in Context https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwicfou4Ewu-koikmga-bEg did such a kickass job. My channel is using that same cinematic, high-production value beauty to talk about everything in the EA universe that isn't AI. It's about an obscure and unknown World Health Organization Meeting in 1955 that helped shape the conditions that have left up to 40 million people dead of malaria in sub-saharan Africa.
