GitHub-style profile README for user profile pages

A feature request asks Hugging Face to add a GitHub-style profile README, in which a README.md in a special username/username repository would render automatically on a user's profile page. The request says the change would let ML practitioners showcase their work, bio, and projects directly on their Hugging Face profile without requiring visitors to click into a Space.
