GitHub Copilot Code Review used to be included, from June 1st you pay twice

GitHub Copilot's code review feature, previously included in the subscription, will become a paid add-on starting June 1st, as AI providers seek returns on massive datacenter investments. The change reflects the breakdown of traditional subscription models under autonomous AI agents.
