GitHub Copilot app available to all

GitHub has made its Copilot app available to all users across every Copilot plan, including Copilot Free and GitHub Education, on macOS, Windows, and Linux. The app enables agent-driven development from the desktop, and users without a Copilot plan can still use it by bringing their own API key.
