So I needed some use for Gemini 4 Argon, the brand-new frontier-level model from Google. Even though Google gave up their "Don't be evil" motto years ago, they are still a major player in the tech world. When I write a blog post, my Rust code needs to insert both a title and a file name.
The file name can be derived from the title, but with stopwords like "and" removed, and with hyphens instead of spaces. So "Title and Example" becomes "title-example". I sent a prompt to Gemini 4 Argon for this function, as it never was important enough for me to write on my own.
Gemini 4 Argon responded nearly instantly and it only took 1,178 tokens and 15.2 seconds. The cost was $0.014; I will never see that money again, but I hope someday to earn it back. The generated Rust code was superb. It worked correctly the first time I pasted it into my MCP server. So this means Gemini 4 Argon can be responsible for generating my blog post file names.
