GeekyAnts has developed the Report Intelligence Accelerator to address the manual work between completed business analysis and leadership-ready reporting. The system converts structured and semi-structured business data into analysed, visualised, and branded presentations while keeping analytical judgement and approval with the people responsible for the report.
Enterprise teams can complete calculations and analysis before spending time validating findings, selecting key information, creating charts, writing narratives, assembling slides, and checking reports against organisational standards. For recurring outputs such as monthly reviews, client assessments, board packs, and transformation updates, much of this preparation can repeat even when the reporting structure remains unchanged.
From Source Data to Structured Reports #
The Report Intelligence Accelerator starts with business data supplied through Excel or CSV files or through approved sources such as SharePoint, OneDrive, cloud storage, data warehouses, CRM systems, finance systems, and internal APIs. Before analysis begins, the system profiles the dataset by identifying sheets, columns, data types, missing values, distributions, relationships, and structural inconsistencies.
Configured cleaning rules, mappings, calculations, and validation checks can prepare the information for processing. The analytical layer then identifies patterns, trends, anomalies, and correlations within the prepared data.
The system can select visualisations suited to the reporting context and organise findings into executive summaries, observations, implications, risks, and recommendations. These outputs are placed into an approved PowerPoint template instead of an unstructured presentation.
The accelerator supports XLSX, XLSM, XLS, and CSV inputs and can process workbooks containing 22 or more spreadsheet tabs. Its objective is to reduce the repeated production work involved in moving from a completed workbook to a report that an analyst can review and prepare for leadership.
Keeping Analytical Judgement With the Team #
Human approval forms a fixed part of the Report Intelligence Accelerator workflow. Analysts review generated findings, visualisations, narratives, and slide structures before approving and exporting a report.
A generated finding may be valid within a dataset without being relevant to the business context. A chart can represent the dataset with accuracy while placing emphasis on the wrong information, while recommendations can require context that exists outside the source data.
Analysts retain control over which observations reach leadership, and generated analysis that does not meet the required standard can be discarded. The workflow therefore keeps judgement with the people responsible for reviewing and approving the report.

Governance and Brand Controls Shape the Output #
The Report Intelligence Accelerator can be deployed within client-controlled infrastructure with configurable model, access, and governance policies. Organisations working with financial, operational, client, or other sensitive data can keep that information within their chosen environment.
Presentation standards follow established organisational requirements. Existing PowerPoint templates can define approved layouts, typography, colours, terminology, and disclaimers, allowing the reporting workflow to work within those constraints.
The accelerator is suited to financial consulting, audit, banking, fintech, insurance, investment, and enterprise teams where business data already exists but recurring reports still require analysis, visualisation, narrative development, governance checks, and presentation formatting. These workflows can include monthly and quarterly business reviews, executive and board reporting, financial analysis, risk and compliance reporting, and transformation reporting.
