FlyEye escape-neuron-v1: 3,376-neuron / 78,797-edge compact MaleCNS-derived graph The FlyEye project released flyeye-escape-neuron-v1, a compact MaleCNS-derived neuron-level dataset containing a 3,376-neuron, 78,797 signed-edge graph, published on Hugging Face alongside a browser and Python runtime developer kit on GitHub. The dataset includes a manifest, report, aggregate fast profile, citation metadata and licensing information, and FlyEye states it explicitly separates connectome-derived wiring from modeled perception and neural dynamics for reproducible experiments and tooling. The project is soliciting feedback on schema, provenance, graph ergonomics and downstream tasks. We have published the first FlyEye compact neuron-level dataset together with the browser/runtime developer kit.
