Flutter MCP Toolkit v3

After a couple of months I finally released v3 of Flutter MCP Toolkit (which complimentary for official Dart / Flutter MCP server) + CLI tools to work. This release again completely changes its architecture (MCP and CLI just thin wrappers, everything is configurable from packages and customizable for usage). New tools are client side - first, they are optional, can be modified, verified or improved - and finally ai agents (LLM in the loop:)) starting catching up that how to use them. Since there a lot of changes, there can be challenges and bugs, but I hopefully will fix everything as fast as it would be possible. Huge thank you for contributors who inspired to make more (like web support) or contributed to the project in previous version!
