Flash your Philips Hue lights when Claude finishes a turn or needs permission A developer published an MIT-licensed Claude Code plugin, hue@hue-claude, that flashes Philips Hue lights green when Claude finishes a turn and amber/red when Claude is waiting on permission, using the Hue signaling API so lights return to their original state. Setup runs through /plugin marketplace add michaeldmueller/hue-claude, /plugin install hue@hue-claude and /hue:init, which discovers the bridge over the LAN and writes the chosen lights to ~/.config/hue/config.env; it requires macOS or Linux with Bash 3.2+, curl and jq, a square Hue Bridge (v2) on 2021-or-later firmware with the CLIP v2 API, and color bulbs that support signaling. Defaults can be overridden in ~/.config/hue/events.conf with signals such as alternating, on_off_color, on_off and breathe.
