A developer launched Finisma, a free web tool for German B2B compliance that converts PDF invoices into ZUGFeRD/Factur-X e-invoices and verifies them. The tool uses LLM-based field extraction, performs EN 16931 validation, and auto-deletes uploaded files after five minutes. It is built to help German companies comply with the E-Rechnungspflicht, which requires B2B e-invoice reception by 2025 and issuance by 2027 or 2028.
