The stablecoin platform has raised $119 million this year and says it now processes more than $40 billion in annualized volume.
Fasset has raised $68 million in a Series C funding round led by SBI Group, valuing the stablecoin neobanking platform at $1 billion.
The round follows a $51 million Series B completed in May and brings Fasset’s total funding raised in 2026 to $119 million.
The company said the new capital will be used to expand Own Network, its regulated financial network connecting banks, telecom companies, payment providers, liquidity providers, and other financial infrastructure across international markets.
Fasset also plans to increase investment in artificial intelligence systems used for stablecoin settlement, tokenized assets, corridor banking, and payment routing.
The company currently processes more than $40 billion in annualized transaction volume. It says its platform serves more than 3 million wallets, over 1,000 enterprises, and users across 125 countries.
Own Network operates across more than 100 banking corridors and connects local banks, payment providers, financial institutions, telecom companies, custody providers, liquidity providers, and settlement networks.
Stablecoins are used as settlement infrastructure within parts of the network, while customers access the services through Fasset accounts and financial products without directly managing the underlying blockchain infrastructure.
Fasset said its AI systems are designed to determine how transactions should move across different payment rails, currencies, liquidity providers, and settlement methods based on factors including cost, speed, and availability.
SBI Group said the investment fits its plans to develop an onchain financial network across Asia Pacific and other emerging markets.
The Japanese financial group has investments across digital asset companies including Ripple, Circle, and Morpho, while its subsidiaries include crypto liquidity provider B2C2.
SBI and Fasset have also previously partnered through SBI Remit, giving Fasset access to a remittance network supporting bank account transfers to roughly 200 countries.
Fasset CEO Mohammad Raafi Hossain said the company intends to build infrastructure capable of connecting different users, assets, and payment rails rather than simply adding another interface to existing banking systems.
The company has built a regulatory footprint across the Gulf region, Asia, Europe, and other international markets.
Fasset said the Series C will support further expansion of its stablecoin banking infrastructure and international settlement network as it targets consumers, businesses, and institutions across growth markets.
